The simple, transparent terms that apply to every booking of the hall.

Booking & confirmation

All bookings are made personally via WhatsApp. A date and time slot is held for you only after we confirm availability in writing.
A booking is considered confirmed once the agreed prepayment or the refundable damage deposit has been received.
Setup and breakdown time is included in every booking — please share your schedule with us when you book.

Events: €350 for 3–5 hours. Every extra hour is €50.
Classes & rehearsals: €25 per hour on weekdays and €30 per hour on weekends, minimum 1 hour. Stage lighting is +€5 per hour.
Optional bar service: €150 extra — our bartender runs the bar and drinks are sold by the glass to your guests.
Weekend and holiday dates may carry a surcharge. Long-term weekly events can be arranged at a custom rate.

A refundable damage deposit of €500 is required for every event booking.
The deposit is returned in full after the event, provided nothing is damaged and the venue is left in the agreed condition.
Any damage to the venue, furniture, sound or lighting equipment caused by the organiser or their guests will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the organiser covers the difference.

Free rescheduling up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
Force-majeure cases are handled individually — talk to us and we will find a fair solution.

Capacity: up to ~120 guests standing/dancing or ~70 seated.
The island bar with 20 bar stools, 4 large rectangular tables and 20 low plastic chairs are included. Using them is optional — on request we can clear the venue completely for an open, empty space.
You may bring your own drinks free of charge when bar service is not included.
External DJs, caterers and decorators are welcome.
Cleaning before and after the event is included. Excessive mess beyond normal use may be deducted from the deposit.

The organiser is responsible for the behaviour and safety of their guests during the event.
Sentimiento Hall is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, nor for injuries resulting from misuse of the venue or equipment.
We reserve the right to end an event without refund in cases of illegal activity, danger to guests, or serious breach of these terms.
