Just arrived? Here's everything you need to know before entering and starting your booking.

Wait for approval
Before opening the main entrance, please wait for confirmation from us. The security alarm must be disarmed before you enter.
- 2
Access the key
The key is kept in the key box located on the wall next to the entrance. A one-time password will be sent to you when you arrive and are ready to enter.

Take the key
Use the one-time password to unlock the key box and take the key. After taking the key, close the key box and change the password.

Enter the Hall
Once you have received confirmation that the alarm has been disarmed, you may open the door and enter.

Return the key
Before leaving, place the key back inside the key box. Close the box and change the password again.

Everything in one space
The Hall
Sentimiento Hall is one open, unified space. There are no separate studio rooms. The main area can be arranged and used according to your booking requirements.

Air conditioning & fans
5 air conditioning units and 3 fans.
All controls are kept together in the first cabinet next to the large shelving unit, on the left-hand side as you enter the Hall.

Before you start
Arrival & access

Main entrance
Before entering the Hall, please wait for approval from us. The security alarm needs to be disarmed before the door is opened.

Key box
The key is kept in the key box on the wall next to the entrance. A one-time password will be sent to you when you are ready to enter. Use the password to unlock the box and take the key.

After taking the key
Close the key box and change the password immediately. Keep the key with you during your booking.

When leaving
Return the key to the key box. Close the box and change the password again.

Air conditioning
There are 5 air conditioning units in the Hall.
The A/C controls are located inside the first cabinet next to the large shelving unit, on the left-hand side when you enter the Hall.
Fans
There are 3 fans available in the Hall.
Large shelving unit → first cabinet → controls.
Please switch off all fans before leaving the Hall.
WiFi

Connect to the Hall WiFi for your booking.
Leave it as you found it
The space should be returned to the condition and arrangement in which it was found after each booking.

The main lighting is available as part of the Hall.
Instructions for how to switch the lights on will be added here.
Special lighting
The special lighting system is an additional paid service.
It should only be used by bookings that have paid for the special lighting system. Detailed operating instructions will be added here.

The Hall
Sentimiento Hall consists of one open, unified space designed for different types of bookings, events, classes, workshops, rehearsals and creative activities. There are no separate studio rooms within the main Hall.

If something goes wrong
Emergency information
- Access / alarm issue
- If you arrive and have not yet received confirmation that the alarm has been disarmed, please wait before opening the door. Contact us immediately if you experience an access or alarm issue.
- Lost key / key box issue
- If you have an issue accessing the key box or returning the key, contact us immediately.
- Internet issue
- If you experience an issue with the WiFi, contact us for assistance.
- Equipment issue
- If there is an issue with any equipment, stop using it and contact us. Never attempt repairs yourself.
- First aid

Wrap-up checklist
Before you leave
- 1Return any equipment to its original position.
- 2Return the Hall to the condition in which you found it.
- 3Turn off all A/C units.
- 4Switch off all 3 fans.
- 5Switch off the main lights.
- 6Make sure the special lighting system is switched off, if used.
- 7Dispose of all rubbish and leave the Hall clean.
- 8Make sure you have taken all personal belongings.
- 9Lock the entrance door securely.
- 10Return the key to the key box.
- 11Close the key box securely.
- 12Change the key-box password.
- 13Make sure everything is ready for the next booking.
Leave the Hall clean and ready for the next booking.
Your booking
Booking information
Please respect the agreed booking time and leave the Hall on time so it is ready for the next booking. Your booking time includes the time needed to enter, set up, use the Hall and leave the venue.
If you need additional time, please contact us before your booking ends to check availability. Additional time may be subject to an additional charge.
Damage deposit
A €500 security deposit is required one day before the event. The deposit is returned after the event, provided that the Hall and its equipment are returned in the same condition in which they were found and there are no damages or additional costs.
