The venue will receive €6 from each ticket sold. The remaining amount from each ticket will go to the Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) *

Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) is responsible only for arranging and paying the host and DJ for each event *

The venue is responsible for providing the space, necessary facilities, and other staff required for customer service during the event *

Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) is responsible for event planning, promotion, and audience engagement. The organizer will handle the promotion of each event, including social media, posters, and any other advertising. The organizer will also be responsible for purchasing tickets and stamps for the events. *

Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) reserves the right to cancel a scheduled party if a significant competing Latin event is planned for the same day and may affect attendance. The organizer agrees to inform the venue at least 1 week in advance in such cases. No penalties or fees will apply for cancellations under these circumstances. *

The venue agrees to have the space cleaned and fully prepared at least 1 hour before the event start time *

Before the end of each event, both the Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) and the venue must agree on the total number of attendees based on ticket sales. The event host will assist in verifying the count to ensure accuracy for revenue sharing purposes *

The venue agrees to provide sufficient change for payments and a fully charged Visa machine to the host for ticket sales transactions during the event *

The venue agrees that the necessary staff, such as till register, cash for change, a Visa machine, and other relevant staff, will be ready and available at least 10 minutes before the event starts to assist the host and ensure a smooth and timely event *

Sentimiento Latin Events (the organizer) is entitled to 3 free entries to the party and 1 free drink for each of the 3 individuals. These free entries are for social purposes, such as inviting people to increase attendance, or for attracting a guest like a school teacher to bring a larger group of people *
